A plan manager pays your invoices for you. You can use registered and unregistered providers.
You manage your own funding and choose whoever you like. We can show you how the claiming works.

Life, not just services
Good support isn't only about appointments and paperwork. It's the coffee catch-up, the art class, the trip to the beach and the confidence to do it again next week — with someone reliable beside you.

“They explained my plan in a way that finally made sense. For the first time I felt like I was the one making the decisions.”
“Our support worker turns up, every week, on time, and treats my son like a person — not a task on a list.”
“When we were close to losing our unit, they made the calls we couldn't face making. We're still in our home.”
“I've gone from staying in my room to catching the train to art class on my own. Small steps, big life.”
